Terms of Use
About this version
These terms describe ARCTIP’s V0 community and interactive demo. They are a review draft for the current private release. The operator’s legal identity and formal contact details will be confirmed before public launch. ARCTIP is managed by the project owner; the Maison Nox footer is a website design credit.
Who ARCTIP is for
ARCTIP is a community for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use it if you are under 18. The age checkbox is self-confirmation, not identity or age verification. Use a pseudonym if you wish, but do not impersonate another person, falsely claim verification or evade an account restriction.
Real people, real-source content
Human on the surface. AI underneath. Creator accounts must represent real people. ARCTIP does not accept generated creator personas or fully AI-generated creator content. Assistive editing must not fabricate the creator or misrepresent their identity. Studio enhances and protects; it does not invent.
Chloe Moon and the other explicitly labelled sample profiles are prototype material. Their presence does not establish authentic human identity, verification, real popularity or permission for members to post generated personas.
Community rules
Post only material you own or have permission to share. Everyone depicted must be an adult and must consent to the sharing. Do not post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, illegal content, threats, harassment, scams, identity documents or another person’s private information. Do not pressure creators for their real name, address, private accounts, off-platform contact or payment details.
Do not bypass sign-in or visibility controls, scrape private content, attempt to identify pseudonymous creators, compromise accounts or interfere with the service. Report concerns through the profile, post or comment menu.
Your account and content
ChatGPT handles sign-in and credential recovery. You choose your ARCTIP public name, handle and profile details. Keep your sign-in account secure and review what you publish. You keep ownership of your content. By posting, you permit ARCTIP and its hosting providers to store, process, resize and display it to your selected audience, and to review it for moderation. This permission supports operating the service; it does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use.
You can edit or delete your posts and account using the available controls. Removing content ends its ordinary display through ARCTIP, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy. Copies made by other people may remain outside our control.
Public previews and privacy limits
Profile details and up to three public posts can be visible without sign-in. Member-only posts require membership, but members may still copy or screenshot them. Arctype choices and saved Collections are private to your account in the interface; the operator and service providers may process them to operate the service.
Shield helps communicate safer choices. No tool guarantees anonymity or safety. Visible backgrounds, reflections, tattoos and a natural voice can identify someone. Production private messaging and identity verification are not available in V0.
Demonstrations and future features
Actions in the original demo are simulated unless a form explicitly says it saves a real early-access registration. Voice Greeting is a silent playback demonstration. Protected Chat warnings and Studio’s workflow example do not send messages, perform remote identity scans or publish media. The separate live posting form can publish real posts.
V0 does not support purchases, subscriptions, tipping, payouts, wallets, shipping or paid custom requests. “Notify Me” in the Studio example records interest only; it does not schedule a notification. Early-access registration is optional and does not guarantee a launch date or access to a future feature.
Moderation and availability
The owner can review reports, remove content and restrict accounts for rule violations or safety concerns. Suspended members can request a review through the account screen. Reports are not an emergency service and a response time is not guaranteed.
V0 is an early release. Features may change, become unavailable or contain errors. Keep your own copies of important media. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Links, questions and changes
ARCTIP’s listed X, Instagram and Telegram accounts use @teamarctip. Those platforms apply their own terms and privacy practices. Following or contacting them is optional; you never have to disclose a private social account to another member. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents through social messages.
For general questions, contact @teamarctip on Telegram. Ask for a suitable private channel before sharing sensitive information. Material changes to these terms should be brought to members’ attention before taking effect; this page will show the updated date.
