Privacy Policy
Your content can be public. You don’t have to be.
This policy explains the current V0 implementation, including its limits. It is a review draft for the private release. The operator’s legal identity and formal privacy contact will be confirmed before public launch. ARCTIP is managed by the project owner; Maison Nox is credited for website design.
Information we handle
- Sign-in: a site-specific account identifier and authentication information provided through ChatGPT. The server receives sign-in email and, when supplied, name information. Email is used to identify the owner for administration; it is not automatically placed in your public profile.
- Your account: chosen display name, handle, bio, account type, profile photos, private interests, account status, age self-confirmation and community-rule consent records.
- Your activity: posts, uploaded photos, captions, tags, audiences, follows, likes, comments, Collections, saves and challenge participation.
- Safety: blocks, reports, review requests and moderation decisions. Avoid including identity documents or unnecessary personal information in reports.
- Early access: your submitted email, enthusiast/creator preference, consent version, submission time and a hashed removal credential. Early-access entries are separate from member accounts.
- Validation and operations: the limited usage events described below, request-limit records and hosting providers’ operational logs.
Why we use it
We use account and content data to provide sign-in, profiles, publishing, personalized discovery, saved Collections and community interactions. We use safety records to review reports and enforce rules, and request limits to reduce abuse. Early-access details help manage registrations and contact you about ARCTIP if you consent. No launch emails are sent automatically by this V0.
We use validation events to understand whether people join, personalize, explore and interact, and which parts need improvement. ARCTIP has no advertising trackers, does not sell personal information through this V0 and does not use your media to train an ARCTIP generative model.
What other people can see
Your chosen name, handle, bio and profile photos are public. Up to three public posts are available in the signed-out preview. Other posts follow their member-only setting. Likes, follows, comments and participation can affect displayed content or counts; do not treat social interactions as confidential.
Your sign-in email, private Arctype choices, saved Collections and reports are not public profile fields. Authorized operation and moderation may still require the owner or hosting providers to process private data. There are no production creator ID checks, payment records or direct messages in V0.
Photos, voice and Shield
New photo uploads are re-encoded, assigned anonymous storage names, and stripped of supported JPEG metadata, including location metadata. This does not remove identifying details visible in the image. Public images can still be copied. Discovery does not use proximity or device location.
The supplied sample images remain labelled demo content. Voice Greeting currently simulates playback without recording or using your microphone. If real greetings are introduced, voice will be optional because it can identify a creator.
Text entered in the Protected Chat demo stays in that page’s memory. It is not sent to another person or included in validation events. The identifying-detail pattern checks and Studio review warnings are demonstrations, not guarantees of safety or anonymity.
Usage measurement and browser storage
First-party validation events contain an event name, time, random session identifier, selected account type and whether the event came from the demo or live community. Examples include reaching the signup gate, completing Arctype or playing the greeting demo. Event payloads do not include your email, handle, messages, uploaded media, collection names or private interest selections.
A random identifier is kept in session storage for the current browser session. If you turn measurement off below, a local preference remembers that choice on this browser. Turning it off does not remove events already received, affect essential sign-in or remove hosting providers’ operational logs. ChatGPT and the hosting service may use their own authentication cookies or storage.

Providers and external links
ChatGPT/Sites supplies authentication and hosting, and Cloudflare infrastructure stores structured records and uploaded media. These providers may process operational information to deliver and secure their services. Processing may take place outside your country; ARCTIP does not promise Canadian-only storage.
Opening X, Instagram or Telegram takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. We do not embed their tracking widgets. Social contact is optional. Check your phone-number and profile visibility before contacting an account, and never send sensitive verification information through social messages.
Retention and deletion
Member records and uploaded content remain until removed through the available controls or by the operator. Deleting your ARCTIP account removes its profile, posts, uploaded media, comments, follows and private saves from active application storage. It does not delete your ChatGPT account, separate waitlist registration or copies held by other people.
Reports may remain for moderation after account deletion with the reporter account link removed; report text may still contain information originally entered. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. Validation records older than 90 days are purged when new events are processed. Expired request-limit records are also periodically cleaned up as the service is used.
Early-access entries remain until removed. Use the private removal link given after registration to delete an entry. If you have lost it, contact ARCTIP to arrange a suitable way to verify and handle your request.
Your choices and requests
You can use a pseudonym, leave interests blank, omit a face photo, choose post audiences, edit your profile, remove content, block accounts, report concerns and delete your account. You can opt out of optional measurement above. The original demo’s social choices clear when you leave or refresh; events already received and real registrations do not.
For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions beyond the available controls, begin with a general request to @teamarctip on Telegram and ask for a suitable private channel. Do not put sensitive details in a public comment or send passwords or identity documents. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing account information.
Adults only and future changes
ARCTIP is for people aged 18 or older. The current age checkbox is not independent age verification. Report suspected underage accounts or content for review.
Any future verification, audio, messaging, commerce or additional AI processing needs an updated explanation before launch. Material changes to how personal information is used should be communicated before taking effect, with new consent where needed.
